Year 3, Weeks 51 and 52: The End of Year Three

It's been awhile, but I plan to wrap up year 3 and get started on year 4! This will probably be more of a quick high light reel, but it will get everyone catch up a little bit more!

Our last two weeks were truly incredible! We had a great time. Jonathan was off on July 5th, so he and Dad worked on the barn and Amelia hung out with Granny! I had a slow day at work, so I got a lot of filing done and organized! It was really awesome and gave me some peace of mind. One less thing to worry about!

Later in the week we went on our first little trip without Miss Amelia...it was a fantastic time! We went shopping at Aurora farms and found a few fun things, then we went hiking at Brandywine falls and Oakhill, got ice cream and checked into the bed and breakfast. It was such a great day on Friday, then we enjoyed the beautiful BnB and slept in for the first time in a long time! Our breakfast was phenomenal and we enjoyed hearing about their experience of purchasing and starting the business. After that, we went hiking at the ledges and beaver marsh, then we stopped to visit the covered bridge we got engaged at! On our way home, we stopped at Subway, then went to see our little baby! She was so happy to see us and we felt the same way! Granny and Papa took such good care of her and she loved her time. After we came home, Jonathan went to band and we got ready for church and met him there later. It was a great evening and we were glad to be home.

Sunday we got our robot vacuum, which has been fantastic. It cleans while I am gone and helps us keep our home just a little cleaner! We did some tidying, gardening, dishes, week prep and watched some soccer. It was a nice, relaxing day at home!

My long weeks are always hard, but this one held a special challenge since my parents were out of town. we managed it though! We got everything done with some help from Aunt Bev and Grandma and Grandpa. Amelia turned 6 months old on the 13th...and started crawling on the 15th. Our lives are SO wonderful now! She is a ton of fun, goes wherever she wants to and is just incredibly entertaining!

Our third year of marriage has been incredible, from start to finish! It is quite different on this end, but it is undeniably an improvement! Most notably - we purchased our home and moved here in time to bring our baby girl home here! I wouldn't want to be anywhere else with anyone else.

Thank you for loving and supporting us for THREE YEARS now! I can hardly believe it!

We love you all!

Love,

Allison, Jonathan and Amelia
